There is a great deal involved in selling your home for the best possible price, in the shortest time, and with the least inconvenience to you.

The questions that follow are designed to help you, and should be asked of any Realtor you may be thinking of dealing with. These questions should give you the information you need to make your home buying and selling experience as successful as possible.

	If things aren't working out, can I get out of the listing agreement?
	How long have you been in business?
	Do you actively market all your properties on the Internet?
	Are you a full time agent?
	Are you familiar with the homes in this area?
	What professional designations do you have?
	Can I contact some of your past clients and customers?
	How many homes did you sell last year? This year? How does that
	compare with other agents in your area?
